The cross-country season continues right along as we’re now in October which means county and conference championships are right around the corner
With the season reaching its mid-way point this weekend, highlighted by the Shore Coaches Invitational, runners have had plenty of opportunities to show their best and many have done just that. After a big weekend that featured some of the best meets on the calendar, it’s time to release the latest edition of honor roll which highlights the 10 best team averages and individual times of the week across all four grades.
