Queen Camilla is set to be put under an unflattering spotlight amid her husband King Charles’ cancer treatment.
Over the years, Camilla, who was Charles’ ex-girlfriend at the time, has faced much criticism, especially after Princess Diana revealed that Charles was having an affair with his ex, during their marriage.
Holding some spite from his time with the royals, Prince Harry then made brutal claims in his bombshell memoir, Spare, about Camilla, notoriously dubbing her as a “wicked stepmother.”
Now, those claims will be rehashed once again in a shocking new documentary by Channel 4, which is slated to release in a few weeks.
Titled, Camilla: Harry’s ‘Wicked’ Stepmother?, sources told The Sun that the documentary is to cause trouble all the way to the Buckingham Palace.
Insiders also shared that the series was put on hold previously as King Charles announced his cancer diagnosis in February this year.
The network then waited for a respectful time to publish the bombshell documentary.
“This is very much a pro-Harry, anti-Camilla documentary. It presents him and Meghan as victims of the family’s unkindness,” the insider told the outlet.
“It’s going to cause serious waves — and Channel 4 know it. They know this is hugely controversial. A lot of people aren’t going to like it, especially at Buckingham Palace,” they added.
In his memoir, Spare, the Duke of Sussex shared that he used to wonder if Camilla would one day become his “wicked stepmother.”
Harry claimed that he and his brother Prince William had begged their father not to marry Camilla, but he still ended up doing so in 2005.
The update comes just days before King Charles and his wife are set to fly for their international tour to Australia and Samoa.
