A pair of $100,000 prizes in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Diamond Deluxe” game were claimed on Thursday, including from a ticket sold at a 7-Eleven.
The top prize in “Diamond Deluxe,” a $30 game, is $15 million. No Massachusetts State Lottery player has claimed that prize, or the game’s second largest, $1 million.
The game’s third-largest prize is $100,000 and 15 of the 180 $100,000 tickets available have been claimed. The winning tickets claimed on Thursday were sold at a 7-Eleven in New Bedford and Country Club Sooper in Upton.
Also on Thursday, a lottery player claimed a $1 million prize in the lottery’s “Lifetime Millions” game. That ticket was sold at Honey Farms in Fitchburg.
Overall, at least 449 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Thursday, including 11 in Springfield, 21 in Worcester and 31 in Boston.
The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
So far, the largest lottery prize won in Massachusetts this year was worth $1 million a year for life.
The prize was from the lottery’s “Lifetime Millions” scratch ticket game. The winner claimed their prize through a trust on July 10, and opted to receive a one-time payment of $15.4 million.
