A 5-year-old child was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Atlantic City last week, authorities said.
The driver stopped after hiiting the child just before 5:50 p.m. Friday on the 2600 block of Fairmount Avenue, Atlantic City police said.
No charges have been filed as of Tuesday afternoon, a police spokesman said. He had no update on the child’s condition, though police said the injuries are not considered life-threatening.
