Among those leading the way for adopting children is Sunny Leone, who, along with her husband Daniel Weber, adopted a 21-month-old girl named Nisha in July 2017.Leone has expressed immense joy in adopting Nisha, calling her “the best gift I could ask for. She is so beautiful and amazing!”
Sushmita Sen
Sushmita Sen had already made headlines earlier for her adoption choices. In 2000, at the age of 25, she adopted a girl named Renee, and a decade later, she adopted another girl, Alisah. Before Sushmita was able to finally bring her daughter Renee home, she had to undergo a protracted legal battle. Preity Zinta adopted 34 orphaned girls from the Mother Miracle School in Hrishikesh.
