A Bedford school bus driver was indicted after prosecutors said he took young children with verbal issues to a secluded area of a parking lot without anyone’s permission.
Police also found photos of the kids on his phone.
Justin Vose, 42, was indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday on three counts of kidnapping, Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan said in a statement.
