The Las Vegas Raiders’ 2024 season hasn’t unfolded as planned.

With a 2-4 record after six weeks, the team seems to stumble over new hurdles each game, preventing them from reaching their full potential.

Such a rocky start could easily fracture a locker room, but one player stands firm against the tide: Maxx Crosby.

The defensive end is leading by example, showing his teammates how to push through adversity and continually improve.

His efforts haven’t gone unnoticed, as Crosby recently etched his name in NFL history books.

He now boasts 96 career tackles for loss, surpassing Jared Allen’s 95 to claim the fourth spot for most tackles for loss in NFL history since 1999 by a player in their first six seasons. The Raiders PR’s official X handle reported.

But Crosby isn’t done yet. He’s racked up 25 games with multiple tackles for loss, the second-highest in the league since 2019.

This feat puts him in elite company, joining only 23 other players since 2000 to achieve such a milestone.

As team captain and emotional leader, Crosby understands his role in steadying the ship during turbulent times.

He’s focused on guiding the Raiders through this rough patch, hoping they’ll emerge stronger on the other side.

In a recent episode of his podcast, “The Rush,” Crosby also shared his mindset for navigating the season’s challenges.

His philosophy? Unwavering consistency and discipline. He emphasized that his preparation isn’t just for the next few games, but for the entire season and beyond.

As the Raiders look to turn their season around, they’ll undoubtedly lean on Crosby’s leadership both on and off the field.
