Chelsea have no plans of parting ways with defender Benoit Badiashile when the transfer window reopens in January, according to Ben Jacobs.
The Frenchman joined the Blues from Monaco in January last year, but he has become a fringe player over the past 18 months under multiple managers.
Enzo Maresca has largely used him in the Cup competitions this campaign and his situation is unlikely to change over the course of the season.
This has led to speculation that Badiashile could leave the club in January. AC Milan are said to be interested in signing him on loan with a buy option.
However, the Blues have no plans of parting ways with the ex-Monaco man. He is part of their long-term project and seen as having a bright future.
The west London giants are also reluctant to lose Axel Disasi this winter. The Blues are prepared to assess his performances and will make a decision over his future next summer.
