A Taylor Swift fan claimed the pop star now owns a jacket that was once hers.
The fan claimed that the pop star wore her old Kansas City Chiefs bomber jacket during Monday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
TikTok user Court shared her excitement in a video Tuesday, saying, “Y’all, Taylor Swift was wearing my old jacket at the Chiefs game tonight.”
Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in a black leather varsity-style jacket with red and yellow accents on the sleeves. The vintage Chiefs coat featured prominent arrowhead logos and Chiefs emblazoned across the back.
After seeing photos of the Folklore singer at the game, Court’s mother noted how “familiar” the jacket looked, leading them to wonder if they’d once owned it.
“Did we sell that on eBay?” Court recalled, checking with her dad, who confirmed it had indeed been shipped to California.
After tracking down her eBay sales, Court discovered the buyer listed as Swift’s stylist, Joseph Cassell Falconer.
She added, “I’m a longtime Swiftie … and even I don’t know the name of her stylist, and that is who bought the jacket.”
Court shared photos of the eBay listing, which featured an almost identical jacket listed for $169. She noted Swift’s coat seemed to have the same unique wear marks, saying, “You can kind of see, like, a bend in it … I can’t make this up.”
While searching for old photos of herself in the jacket to confirm it’s the same one, Court shared her excitement, exclaiming, “As a lifelong Chiefs fan and a ‘Super Swiftie,’ this is the coolest thing to ever happen to me!”
