Kate Middleton, who marked the completion of her cancer treatment in September, has now embraced a new perspective when it comes to carrying out royal duties in the future.
The Princess of Wales, who is undertaking selective engagements following her health scare, is set to have meeting with King Charles about how she intends to carry out her royal responsibilities, a royal biographer revealed.
King Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, successfully conducted his royal trip to Australia and Samoa last month. And now, Kate is already building her strength for her first international tour after cancer recovery in 2025.
Prince William, who is away on a solo four-day visit to South Africa, will be making his next international trip with his wife, royal biographer Robert Johnson told Hello! magazine.
“The King is bound to have had a conversation with Catherine about how buoyed he felt by his recent overseas tour, but she will do things her own way,” Jobson shared.
“Her illness has been a life-changing experience; she has changed the way she lives her life and I think she will be making her own choices. Her priority is still her family.”
As far as her regular royal duties are concerned, Kate will be doing a “couple of solo things so that William can stay at home with the kids” and she is able to make a “bigger statement by being seen less.”
However, Jobson explained that while the monarch will be sharing his experience about his long-haul travel, Kate plans on doing things her way and “make her own choices”.
