The Jacksonville Jaguars can’t get back to their winning ways.
They’re coming off a tough loss in London, and it seems like we’re getting close to the end of the Doug Pederson era.
Pederson’s tenure started with a bang, as they won their division and even won a playoff game with an epic comeback.
It’s all been downhill since then, and this season is starting to feel like a lost cause already.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Pete Prisco had one person to blame, and one person only: GM Trent Baalke.
Talking on CBS Sports, Prisco claimed that Baalke has a history of creating a bit of a split between the organization, the coach, and his coaching staff.

He believes he interferes with coaching decisions, which usually leads to poor results.
Prisco revealed that Baalke was the one who hired Ryan Nielsen to be their defensive coordinator, adding that he just doesn’t know what he’s doing and pointing out that he’s constantly rotating players between drives and plays.
He thinks the Jaguars need another person making all decisions and building the team from top to bottom, and he’s worried that they’re going to ruin Trevor Lawrence in the process.
Team owner Shad Khan recently voiced his support for both Baalke and Pederson.
But if the losses keep piling up and they fail to straighten things out, he might be forced to change his stance and consider some other options to run his team from a football operations standpoint at least.
