Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush has his sights on succeeding Mohamed Salah at Liverpool next summer, according to BILD.
The Egypt international has been in stunning form for Frankfurt this season. He has bagged 12 goals and nine assists from just 14 appearances.
His form has caught the eye of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea, but it is claimed that Liverpool could have the upper hand in the race.
Marmoush dreams of playing for the Merseyside giants and he is eager to follow in the footsteps of Salah at the end of the campaign.
Liverpool are not contemplating an offer at the moment, but they could make a genuine approach during next summer’s transfer window.
Marmoush is reportedly valued at around £42m by Frankfurt. The German outfit are unlikely to negotiate on the price amid his stellar form.
Meanwhile, the Reds are yet to discuss a new contract with Salah and there is a possibility that he could leave them on a free for a move to Saudi.
