You can enhance hydration by adding ingredients like:● Jeera and Lemon Water: Rich in Thymol and Vitamin C, it helps in digestion and boosts the immune system.● Cucumber and Mint Infused Water: Helps in cooling the body and reducing bloating.
- Detox DrinkWarm water with a pinch of turmeric is an ancient remedy to boost metabolism and reduce inflammation. Turmeric’s curcumin content is a powerful antioxidant that helps detoxify the liver.
- Include Fiber-Rich FoodsIncorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables into your diet is essential. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber which help in digestion and provide energy.
