“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans, who recently secured a restraining order against her estranged husband David Eason, is now alleging that he unlawfully entered her property in an attempt to steal dirt bikes and ATVs.

Jenelle claims that David, along with his girlfriend and three other men, used bolt cutters to breach the locked gate at her North Carolina residence on Sunday night. They reportedly drove up to her garage, broke in, and loaded her motorcycles and other belongings onto a trailer.

Jenelle Evans was not home at the time, as she has been living in Las Vegas with the kids.

The “Teen Mom” star told TMZ she has surveillance footage capturing the entire incident, which she believes violated the court order issued during their divorce, prohibiting David from entering her property.

Interestingly, David appeared to be aware of this order; he contacted the local sheriff’s department, who dispatched a deputy to accompany him as he retrieved his possessions. Jenelle was not at home during the incident.

On May 16, a judge granted Janelle a six-month domestic violence protective order against David for her and her three children, as confirmed by People Magazine. Plus, the protective order against David prevents him from posting about Jenelle or their children on social media and prohibits him from visiting the kids at school.

Although Jenelle was not at home at the time of the incident, she told TMZ that she was able to communicate with a police officer through her Ring camera. Understandably upset, she informed the deputy that David was not permitted to be on her property and claimed he had missed the deadline to collect his belongings.

Jenelle’s surveillance footage reportedly captures David arriving at the property and tampering with one of her security cameras. The video also appears to show him and his associates moving a motorcycle onto the driveway, with the deputy’s vehicle visible nearby, its blue lights flashing.

Following his conversation with Jenelle, the deputy reached out to his sergeant, who clarified that David was permitted only to retrieve work tools and not the motorcycles. The deputy instructed David to return the bikes, and he complied.

According to the sheriff’s department, they have documented evidence of the work tools David was allowed to take. They advised him to consult with a lawyer if he wished to pursue the retrieval of the motorcycles or any other belongings from Jenelle.

The couple officially separated in March after six years of marriage. Jenelle announced the news on TikTok, sharing a video set to Lady Gaga’s “Applause,” where she said, “Can I get some appreciation? I filed for separation.” In the caption, she declared, “New Chapter Unlocked.”

In a follow-up video, Jenelle detailed her decision to file for separation before proceeding with a divorce in North Carolina. She clarified that the state requires couples to be legally separated for a year and to have two separate residences, which has posed a challenge for her and David since they never “wanted to leave” their family home.
