Shardiya Navratri, one of the most widely celebrated Hindu festivals, is dedicated to honouring Goddess Durga. Day 4 of Shardiya Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Kushmanda, the fourth incarnation of Goddess Durga. Puja Vidhi for Mata Kushmanda on Day 4
- Take a bath, before you worship Mata Kushumanda.
- Following the completion of this morning routine, meditation is advised.
- After that, give Mata Kushumanda Ganges water, red clothes, red flowers, Akshat, Vermilion, Panchmeva, Naivedya and Shringar materials.
- During this time, keep reciting Mata Kushmanda’s mantras (Ain Hree Devayi Namah) continuously.
- Offer Mata Kushmanda curd and pudding. If you have a white gourd, offer it to Mata Rani.
- After this mantra, recite Durga Chalisa and finally, perform Mata Kushmanda’s aarti by burning a ghee or camphor lamp.
