SOUTHWICK — When the Select Board and Planning Board gathered for a joint meeting, Select Board member Diane Gale was prepared to discuss and settle on defining the role of the committee to implement the Master Plan, but that didn’t happen.
“We are also going to discuss the charge for the subcommittee?” Gale asked after Select Board Chair Jason Perron announced the purpose of the joint meeting, which was to appoint an associate member of the Planning Board.
“I was not planning for that,” Perron said, adding later that he would “prefer table that to allow me to dig into that some more.”
