Starbucks customers aren’t able to order through the mobile app Thursday.
The app began having issues Thursday, the same day the store began offering holiday menu items, such as the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte.
App users will get a message that says, “We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
“Mobile ordering is currently unavailable. Please visit one of our stores and place your oder with a barista,” the message continues.
Customers are also unable to pay in person using the Starbucks app.
The website Down Detector has found a high number of reports of issues with the app Thursday morning.
Many on social media were upset that the app was down.
“i see the entire starbucks app is down as i wanted to browse the holiday selections,” X user @feelingonNYtime wrote.
“Not the Starbucks app being down this morning, this just too much,” @justcallmeOPRAH wrote on X.
