MUMBAI: Times Network has crossed 100 million monthly unique users across digital platforms, data released by Comscore showed. As of Aug 2024, about 104 million users visited the network’s digital platforms, surpassing NDTV, ABP Network, Jagran and The Indian Express, according to a statement issued by Times Network.
Times Network Digital recorded a 168% growth since Feb 2024, compared with 4% average growth for the broader industry, said the statement.The growth was helped by its English and Hindi news, entertainment and lifestyle brands.
Times Network Digital has forayed into regional languages including Marathi, Telugu, Tamil and Bangla to expand its reach in a diverse market where offering localised content is key to winning more consumers. Going ahead, the network will also add more languages including Malayalam and Kannada.
It said that it has expanded into diverse verticals with TimesDrive.in, focused on auto news, and HealthandMe.com, catering to health and wellness. “These new platforms build on the company’s success in technology news, following its strategic acquisition of Digit.in. With this growth, the network aims to deliver specialised, high-quality content to meet the evolving interests of its audience across key industries,” the statement said.
