The Detroit Lions are arguably the best team in football right now.

They are coming off a dominant win over the Green Bay Packers on the road.

Dan Campbell’s team is now 7-1 and flying high.

NFL legend and current Fox broadcaster Tom Brady was in Lambeau for the call of the game and recently gave his take on Detroit’s offense.

“I would say the early Colts offenses we faced,” Brady said on The Herd Wednesday.

For reference, those Colts offenses had Peyton Manning, Edgerrin James, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark, and Jeff Saturday.

    They were absolutely stacked.

Of course, they more often than not ran into Brady’s Patriots and were only able to win one title.

Now, Detroit is trying to win its first Super Bowl and many more after that.

This current team is arguably the best team in the NFC at this moment in time.

Pro Bowl quarterback Jared Goff is playing like the MVP.

Running backs David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs might be the best duo in the league at that position.

All-Pro wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is one of the best at his position too.

Not many teams can walk into Lambeau Field and throw the Packers around like the Lions did on Sunday afternoon.

This is a team that is ready to win a Super Bowl right now because of their electricity on offense and their grit on defense.

Next up for Campbell and Co. are the Houston Texans on Sunday Night Football on the road in Houston.
