EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern’s men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will travel to Duke University to compete against the Blue Devils in a two-day meet on Friday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Taishoff Aquatics Center. The meet will begin on Friday with diving at 3:00 p.m. CT and swimming at 4:00 p.m. CT. Day two of the meet will be Saturday morning with diving starting at 9:00 a.m. CT, followed by swimming at 10:00 a.m. CT.
On Saturday only, the meet will be broadcast on ACCNX.
“The meet against Duke will offer us a great opportunity to race on back-to-back days,” said Rachel Stratton-Mills, Northwestern’s Director of Swimming and Diving. “Duke has a strong team on both the men and women’s side, and we expect some great races. This weekend will also give our divers a two-day competition, competing on all the boards, which usually doesn’t happen until the end of the season. This will be a great tune-up.”
