Manchester United could be without another central defender for the upcoming Premier League game against Brentford at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are already without Leny Yoro and Harry Maguire with injuries and there are now concerns over Lisandro Martinez‘s fitness.
The Argentine has been suffering from physical problems and he was an unused substitute for his country against Venezuela this week.
